Adjustable Blast Guns
Each blast gun is individually controlled for working or not, as well as allowed to adjust oscillating speed and angle. The blast gun group can be set for fixing blasting or oscillating blasting, which depends on the shaped of the being finished objects.

Continuous Conveyor Belt
Configured with a customized stainless steel conveyor belt, durable, anti-rust, The conveyor belt is controlled by frequency converter, whose speed can be steplessly regulated as you need. The frequency motor drives the sprocket wheel that moves the conveyor belt in a circular motion to realize the input and output of the workpiece.

PLC Touching Screen
Our automatic blasting system standardly applies advanced PLC electric control system, with a high degree of flexibility and stability. The touching screen offers user-friendly interface to manage the blast gun working, adjust conveyor speed or start the dust collector, etc

High Performance Slurry Pump
Configured with a 7.5kw slurry pump fully agitates media and water. It agitates the recovered abrasives in the storage funnel to ensure consistent concentration of the delivered slurry from slurry pump. Features high working pressure, reliable performance and easy maintenance.

Conveyor Belt Blast Machine, Automatic Sandblasting Machine Working Process

The Kafan conveyorized sand blasting system is a pass-through systems with an array of pre-positioned automatic guns sweeping parts in linear motion synchronized with continuous movement of the belt.

During operation, the operators put the workparts on the conveyor belt, when the workparts are transported into the sandblasting area, they will be abrasive blasted by a group of automatical guns in fixed or oscillating motion, whihc ensures parts' surfaces are completely cleaned. When the workparts come out from the sandblasting area from the other side of the conveyor, they will be manually or automatically cleaned to remove residual dusts by air guns, and finally discharged.
